How to create

Create a variation on blackforest cake, yet in a white rendition: use almond sponge, white chocolate mousse and a cherry crémeux.
Finish with a white glaze colored with Power Flowers™ White.
Pipe dots of chantilly on top, using a piping bag with corrugated piping nozzle.
Finish with small White Chocolate Snowflakes.
