How to create
  • Prepare a white chocolate and raspberry/strawberry bavarian into flexible moulds and freeze.
  • Prepare a crunchy sablé and color the dough with melted Power Flowers™ (Red and Yellow in this case).
  • Use the Power Flowers™ App to help you determine the color you want.
  • Bake the sablé in cup shaped baking tins (with a diameter slightly bigger than the one of the bavarois).
