How to create
- Prepare a red colored cocoa butter mix using Power Flowers™ Red.
- Store the cups in the blast freezer for 15 minutes. Spray Dark Chocolate Rectangle Cups with the cocoa butter mix to create a red, velvet effect.
- Fill with beetroot flavored chocolate sponge and crème chantilly.
- Finish with Snowy Santa Assortment decorations.
